Helifix is a market leader in the manufacture of wall ties, fixings and masonry reinforcement and repair systems. The company has 35 employees in its West London headquarters and manufacturing plant in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Helifix products are supplied worldwide, with a subsidiary in North America and business partners in Australia, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. The company wanted to improve lead management and increase efficiency by providing better access to customer-related information and integrating front and back office systems. It developed a Customer Relationship Management system from iAnywhere partner ProspectSoft Ltd., powered by SQL Anywhere.
