Three Confio Database Experts to Present at Rocky Mountain Oracle Users Group Training Days

Confio Software, the makers of the award-winning Ignite database performance management software solution, will host four sessions at the upcoming Rocky Mountain Oracle User Group (RMOUG) Training Days event, taking place Feb. 14 – 16, 2012 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

Recognized Oracle database administrators (DBAs) and Confio team members Kathy Gibbs, Dean Richards and Janis Griffin will present sessions designed to educate today’s Oracle DBAs about topical issues affecting their DBA peers, including the impact of VMware in physical server environments, improving performance on RAC and specific tuning tips.

“Our team is composed of unparalleled Oracle DBAs, and it’s their real-world experience that has helped give Ignite its strong following in the user community,” said Don Bergal, chief marketing officer for Confio. “Kathy, Dean and Janis are recognized expert DBAs and anyone at the RMOUG conference will benefit from attending their sessions.”

A list of their specific sessions followings:

Ignite for DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, VMware and Sybase is the one monitoring solution that identifies, analyzes and resolves all of the performance problems affecting applications and users. Unlike other software, Ignite doesn’t just show health metrics, it applies wait-time analysis to correlate the most important performance data to build a complete picture of the database performance for the DBA, Developer and DBA manager.
